Today when for my 3rd attempt TP... Wahaha, finally PASS... Dar* happi... Oh, really can't image i have pass my TP... hahahaha.... hmmm, but today TP the tester never ask me to do slode & on the road he cut short alot... hai... really very happi...
But i do have sad thing also... hai~~ this month my babi dream gone le... me & dar will try harder this cuming month.... we reali wish to have our own babi by end of this year... May our dream & wish will come true!!

hihi, everyone... hmmm, seem like quite sometime never update my blog.. duno what m i buzy at as well... everything still the same for me, but my love to my darling is more & more... hahaha, so erxin... hahahaha.... turing siao areadi...
hmmm, waiting a few more mnth.. until april or may will be able to able HDB HLE le... this time reali muz thank laogong boss for the help... he will alway be the one who help us... reali thank him... Hopeless the HLE application will approved... then we can start to look for house near by my parents house, in order to get more discount from gov... wahaha...
at the 1st place also cant accept to buy resale... until saw fro the HDB granted.. hmmm, actually buy resale have quite alot of benefit for 1st timer.. somemore we planning to start near my mum, not wrong granted another $40K...Wohaaa... hopefully everything plus up, can granted until $60K ba... pray pray!!
& getting resales flat no need to renovate much, coz all the thing is allmost ready to use.. can save up our cost.. so we can rent it out ASAP to earn extra $$.. hahahaha...
me & laogong plan to rent out 5yr, b4 we r able to sell it & buy a new flat 4 our own.. & hopefully by the time we can moved in wif our precious... rite now both of is tying hard to hv 1.. hahaha... coz we dun plan to have wedding dinner le... we rather save up the $$ up for our babi for future education... for our babi hv a better life better living...
